We are really proud to introduce our new exclusive luxurious 100% organic cotton crisp percale bed linen which is special in more ways than one. With a minimum thread count of 220, it is a premium quality bed linen with a really lovely crisp and smooth texture. It has an exquisite cotton lace detail and is available in parchment white, where no chlorine has been used in the bleaching process (see main picture) and natural ecru which is undyed and unbleached (seen in picture of lace edge detail). The manufacturer of this bed linen is a pioneer in the supply of fair trade and organic textiles and the organic cotton used for this range is from the Green India Organic Project, in central India. This project is co-ordinated by a farming family in India who are of the Jain religion, which preaches the highest form of non-violence. The project was set up to help the farmers of the region come together under one umbrella to grow cotton organically for a fair price.
